By creating an account or using Agents by devtable (“the Service”), operated by devtable, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and devtable.
You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

We reserve the right to determine what constitutes a violation of this policy in our sole discretion.
You retain ownership of any content you upload or create on the platform (documents, agent configurations, business information). By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and use it solely to provide the Service to you.
You represent that you have the rights to upload any content you provide and that it does not infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights.
The Service uses AI models to generate responses on behalf of your business. You are solely responsible for reviewing, configuring, and monitoring the behavior of your agents. We do not guarantee the accuracy, appropriateness, or legality of AI-generated content. You must not use AI agents to provide professional advice (medical, legal, financial) without appropriate disclaimers.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, your account will remain active until the end of the current billing period. We do not provide prorated refunds for unused time on monthly plans.
Annual plan refund requests made within 14 days of purchase will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Contact support@devtable.co to request a refund.
We aim to provide reliable uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience outages beyond our control. We are not liable for any losses resulting from Service unavailability.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or for any other reason at our discretion. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your data will be scheduled for deletion within 30 days.
The Service, including its design, code, branding, and documentation, is owned by devtable and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free or that AI-generated responses will be accurate.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, devtable shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Texas.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by displaying a notice on the platform at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
